Our client in the Dayton, Ohio area is looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join their dynamic team.
Job Responsibilities: The Senior Electrical Engineer will be responsible for the Project Management, Business Development, Technical leadership, and Team management. The qualified candidate will be an “Out of the Box” thinker and solution provider with the ability and interest in contributing to a variety of projects.
Basic Qualifications:
• 15+ years experience in Electrical Design
• Proven experience with industrial design
• Proven experience in scheduling, proposal writing, capital cost estimating, and time management
• Strong leadership and business development experience
• Effective oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and computer literacy
• Experience in Project coordination
• Ability to travel domestically up to 30%
• PE
• Bachelors in Electrical Engineering
Desired Qualifications:
• Masters/PhD in Engineering or MBA
• Previous experience managing a small team of 5+ employees
