I am planning an A-mod SCCA car. I was wondering if any FSAE teams use air sprung instead of coils. If so are they as good. I know they are lighter but that is not always the best thing. Chad

Air springs make it difficult to adjust the ride height and have a funky very nonlinear springrate. In short stay away from them for cars.
