2025 Pitt Shootout

First, a disclaimer: I am not part of the organizing or operation team for the Pitt Shootout. I am a motorsports and industry professional who is a big supporter of the FSAE and related competitions, and a fan as well.

This is an unofficial update regarding the 2025 competition, 8/1 and 8/2/2025:

There have been a couple drops from the registration list after EV competition, so if you're interested participating at the 2025 Pittsburgh Shootout there's spots available! Registration is at the link below:

For $750, you get:
2 days of dynamics: Acceleration, Skidpad, Autocross
Unlimited runs on all dynamic events
Unlimited drivers on all dynamic events
Educational Seminars
On August 1 and 2 2025 at Pittsburgh International Race Complex.
They are welcoming several old and new sponsors this year. Ansys will be presenting in the Educational Seminar conference room, Tronix3D has sponsored the event trophies custom designed and printed on an HP MJF printer, and more.

Even if you cannot make it as a member of a competing team, i encourage any and everyone to attend. It is a much less stressful event, and as an observer or volunteer you will see the competition from a different, and certainly more enjoyable perspective.
