I just saw that this page has had many visitors, obviously asking themselves, 'who is this guy'?
I'm a semi retired engineer who has been involved with FSAE and FS since 1994. A design Judge at many competitions, CDJ in Germany, Australia, Austria. Moderating Judge at FSUK and part of the movement that started FSAE in Australia in 2000 and FS Russia and India, both from this year. I write the 'Pat's Corner' blog on the FSG website and I can be a cranky old bastard when confronted with rudeness.

I have been a member of this forum since it started in 2003, though I am shown as a Junior member with only 30 or so posts.
