Hi Everyone,
My team is using Tilton 77 master cylinders for the first time and we are having difficulty finding fittings to neatly attach our reservoirs. Our design requires the master cylinders to be nearly vertical for packaging so we need a 90 degree fitting for the hoses to also be vertical. Currently we have a bulky assortment of various fittings that work for testing but we'd like to purchase better fittings before Michigan this year. Does anyone know of better fittings we could use / where we could find such fittings? The reservoir port on the tilton 77s is 6 AN and the fittings on our resevoirs are 1/4 inch barb.

Have you checked out banjo fittings? banjo fittings are good for a very tight 90 degree fitting.

I recall finding the banjo fittings I wanted was a giant pain in the neck back when I was using those guys ~5 years ago. Took a lot of looking and calling around.

I have a PO where we bought some AN-6 Banjo Bolts from J2 Precision. I recall that Goodrich made/makes what we needed - and they seemed to have in stock at the time.

Maybe one of these will fit your needs:

These seem a little large based on your description but it's worth a look through for common options.

Best of luck.

Corbin,

Why not make your own? They are under next to no pressure. A few of any sort of 6 AN fittings, some 1/4" copper pipe, a hacksaw, oxy, some brazing rods = perfect fit.

Or you can spend the next month shopping around...

Thank you for the suggestions guys. We decided we are going to order 9/16-18 banjo bolts, 9/16 to 4 AN banjo fittings and 4 AN to 1/4 hose barb fittings from Summit Racing. They'll fit the master cylinders nicely and allow us to easily connect to our resevoirs

I just did a -6 male/male to a 90 degree -6 hose barb fitting (3/8 hose).
