How used? need a rebuild, just bought but nit needed? you won't get help with vague questions

If you could expand on the question a little we could give a little more.

A used set of motorsport quality dampers usually will need a rebuild of some sort. Then you need to redyno them to get a good idea of what your curves look like.

Something off of a bike or car are usually a bad idea. Blown out dampers are also a bad idea if they kept running on them.

I mean, I could say buying new dampers are a bad idea because the cost is right for old, used ones.
