Sweet! I don't know what you mean by "DNC", did you use a CMM machine or 3D scanner to generate the model? How did you get it into SolidWorks?

we took a 2001 yamaha engine to a company that had a DNC machine (it may have been a cmm) and took measurments of the whole engine.
