What situations do you account for?

I know that when the car corners the inside tire gets more torque b/c it's the lower speed wheel. Is this desired so that the outside wheel can support more lateral loads?

It seems like we want the outside tire to get more torque since it has more normal force and therefore more fictional force. Can someone walk me through some of this thought?

Yes, the same guy who figured out the desired weight distribution, geometric load tranfer distribution and roll stiffness distribution for his tyres...
