dry sump cost

to all the teams that run dry sump, how do you cost it on your cost report?? do you include it in the engine cost or cost it separately? thanx!

We've written an initial cost report and I believe we were planning on having it separately. We have 5 separate groups which are working on their respective sections.

what about teams who have already run dry sump at competition? how did you decide to cost it?

we just had this exact question answered by the rules committee and they say that it needs to be costed outside the engine, they said anything that is not stock on the engine should not be costed in the dollar/cc costing.
