Cost Report help (Urgent!!!)

Hi there
I´m from a first year university so i´m a little lost in the cost report.. the thing is, we have our own throttle body /guilhotine style/i´ve done the process description for all the sheet and tube metal but where do i fit the teflon spray and the throttle springs? is it the BOM or in the process description??? where do i put the time needed to assemble the thing?
