We are progressing nicely at point. All of the critical parts which are required to drive are either in process or done. We are on track to make our rolling chassis deadline in a little over a week, and will having the car driving under its own power shortly after that. I am curious to hear how other teams are doing as well!

If someone could from Cornell could post some pictures or video that would be pretty sweet!

Come on, Jones, the donuts weren't that bad, considering the snow on the ground and the small lot behind the lab making it tough to get any speed.

Nizmo and Lyn, I expect the team is going to keep their cards close to their chest and not send out the video, but trust this alumnus; the car looks great and Feb 1 donuts in Ithaca are as sweet in 2005 as they've ever been.

LOL...almost forgot about the jetbike.

That was a pet project for our 2001 and 2002 enduro/auto-x driver, with assistance from a few similarly insane folk hanging around summer 2002.

Unfortunately, none of them were quite crazy enough to ride the damn thing. It's likely as dangerous as it looks.

I'll let him know it's taken on a new life here - perhaps he'll share a few tips.

Oh, and Kolp, the "worst donuts" were the first six or seven shots at it. Squeak ran into the snowbanks twice and nearly into Rohrback's car as well. He nailed a good one in the end though.

Thank you much. I wonder how long they ran it and what the fuel consumption was. Any word if it produced any thrust, those ebay deals claim if you get a big semi turbo you can power a gokart.
