Another opportunity is to find an old Audi Quattro (Junkyard, Car Dealer) and remove the transmission. In the transmission, there is a Torsen Diff, which you can use. It costed us 350 Euros.

Many many cars utilize the same diff - the audis are not the only ones. These can be had for cheap. Google it.
