I'm currently designing a naturally aspirated exhaust system for this enigine for my race team, ThunderWolf Racing: :Lakehead University.
I noticed from reading alot of posts on here that ppl have some very good information about these engines, including CAD files.
If anyone can post files or send them to me at Bp_z24@hotmail.com. , it would be greatly appreciated.
Basically looking for stock engine data, performance curves ...
Any CAD files ( mainly the exhaust flange bolt patterns and overall dimension for the engines exhaust ports and mounting) .
We are not getting our engine untill Jan. 08 and I need to have the design done by the end of Nov.
I have most of the design done but would like to confirm some parameters with some actuall backed up data.
The only CAD stuff I have now for this engine is the 3D scan and model that is around, but the model doesnt have any information on the exhaust ports or layout on the cylinder heads. The 3D scan is great for overall dimensions but the measuring is not accurate. The CAD package I am using is solidworks but I will take any files that I can get for the exhaust since they can easily be coverted .
