Hello guys and girls, this is our first year to compete in the formula student event, i have some questions and i need some help please

I don't have an access to a dyno, how can i test my engine after any mod. ?

Do i need to buy an electronic fuel management system ? and if not what is the alternatives ?? My biggest concern is the A/f ratio !

I would find a Dyno. At the very least a wideband. Most teams use some form of aftermarket efi. That said, carbs have been used.

is there any way to build a cheap dyno stand?

Umm...just the stand, or the whole dyno? We built our stand out of a bunch of old uni-strut we found laying around.

As for building your own, I remember seeing a good thread here on inertia dynos within the last few months.
