This looks great! Did a team member put this together as a side project or was it set up as an outside project that followed the team? It looks very well put together! Can't wait to see the full production.

The collaboration with DHBW Ravensburg is very much on the radar of our upper administration. The documentary was initiated by our VP of Advancement. OSU Marketing had a professional videographer embedded with the team. He traveled to Dallesport for the c-car test session right after FSAE California, then to Friedrichshafen for shakedown testing of the c and e-cars, then to Silverstone for FSUK.

The trailer looks really promising! I am just a bit sad, because I assume that no footage from FSG2011 will be included, because the videographer has not been to Germany http://fsae.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

Tobias, you are correct. It's definitely unfortunate, but he couldn't make it for good reason.

Still, what was captured was great--definitely a huge step forward for SAE media.

I think our mates at Relentless Team Bath Racing might have dibs on that title!

Is Relentless a popular energy drink in the UK? After your car at FSAE California, the only place I've seen it was on the shelves of Big Lots, a discount store in the mid-western US that sells things which other stores can't get rid of.

Well, they themselves have a very liberal approach to intellectual property as I have learned at FSG this year...
This is their Business presentation/general promotional video, watch 0:50

And now watch our team's promotional video from 2010, right at the beginning: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TUAl-bnCm-E

No need for trash talking those guys, and I explicitly insinuated that I'm not from Bath. Plus I wouldn't be bragging since they went and got 5th without an autocross score. Pretty impressive...

+1 to Schmidt's comment

Latest word is it will be shown to our sponsors on 23 Feb. It should be up on YouTube shortly after. I'm sure we'll link on our Facebook page as soon as it's up.
