We are finally bringing the cup back to Madison! I am very proud of you all, and to have been a prior member on the team. We won't be under rated any longer, they'll come back harder next year. Don't kill too many brain cells celebrating.....

Lyn, you slacker! Where were you? Good thing you weren't there getting in the way of people who actually do work! http://fsae.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif Just kidding. Colin says they're placing the keg orders while driving back to Madtown.

I just wanted to echo Lyn's comments. There are a lot of almuni who came so close (2nd in 2000, 4th in 2001, 2nd in 2002, 9th in 2004) and are now enjoying the feeling of victory...although I'm sure much more soberly than the current team. I can't wait to finally see the respect and press coverage we have deserved on campus; even more, it will be great to see UW defend the title next year. Good work!

Congratulations to Wisconsin and all the other schools who made it a good competition. I know there's a lot of proud alumni out there!

It's been know for those of us who live in the state to do so. The amount consumed decreases with age, but it has been known to happen!

Thanks to everyone for the great competition and nice comments about our car. It was a close one this year. I'm glad we could finally pull through and win a championship after so many top 5 finishes. Congratulations to UWA for a great car and a strong finish. I'd also like to congratulate TU Graz on a great car and we look forward to competing against your new car in Germany. And just a warning to future winners, winning Formula SAE can be hazardous to your house. Next project is going to be a Habitat for Humanity party.....
