Does anyone know anything about this tpye of differential? I have seen it been used in FSAE cars but how much torque can this little thing take(besides just looking at hard to find torque specs on Honda ATVs)?

How much does that differential cost and weigh. We are just about set to order a brand new Torsen, but I wouldn't mind looking into one last alternative?

we've been using them since 2001, only issue was sealing the CV joint outputs, but we got that under control, and the separating load between the two halves is pretty high. we haven't broken one, but the first diff we used seemed to get a little more open over time (stretching case?)the new cases are better. they weigh about 1.6kg (3.5lbs) with oil.
