Crip Help

Ok, with the Honda F4i with Motec M4:

I am trying to use the Crip program and am stumped on the Ref & Sync tooth offset as well as the Ref and Sync sensor position. Does anyone with the same setup know what I should put in for these values?

Also, does it matter which two teeth i cut off the cam sensor wheel?
