Wondered if there were any gotcha's or unexpected issues with the triggers etc.

Although I have not run this setup with the CBR600, I do have a bit of Haltech experience. It should be a straight forward install, both cam and crank triggers appear to be reluctors and the setup should work well with the internal reluctor adapter built into the E6X.

I'd set it up for sequential injection with waste spark. Remember that you want to enable decel fuel cut and use a decent 2 channel ignitor with the Haltech (MSD makes a nice one), I'd use either the stock COP or a set of GM coil packs if I was running forced induction.

This should be as easy as it gets for a Haltech install. Keep in mind that you want to keep the MAP sensor signal as stable as possible.

PS - there is one trick to the E6K if you want to run sequential injection with wastespark direct fire coils. You must set it as "Distributor" with ignition toggle enable.
