Im working on the Honda CBR 600 F4i engine.I need the sensor specifications,model no. ,manufacturer and if available data sheets for the engine mentioned above. The service manual does not provide enough information. So please ,help me out .

You should have equipment to test the stock sensors. Otherwise you are definitely clever enough to devise a test case. Best of luck!

To be able to characterize the sensor model as accurate as possible we thought its better to obtain the data sheet then to empirically determine the characteristics using the test stands. If anyone can give info on the manufacturer and make or the detailed specs, it will be really helpful for us. We are using a Honda CBR 600cc F4i engine, 2002 model.
