Anyone know if the stock f4i fuel pump has its own pressure control on it or is it controlled by the ECU? Anyone have specs on this pump?

Hi Sam,
The stock F4I uses a mechanical regulator referenced to manifold vacuum. The ECU controls only when the pump turns on and off. I have an F4I setup in the shop. I could take a couple of pictures if you like.
I don't have specs on the pump but it maintains pressure at 48-52 psi.

It is the same as your typical automotive fuel pump, externally & mechanically regulated and just supplied with battery voltage.
