CAD Differential drawings

does anyone have any 3D CAD drawings of differentials? Torsen, Quaife, Taylor, any others. Preferably in Unigraphics since that is the program that we are using. The model is one that i drew into Pro/E based upon the drawings from Torsen and by measuring the actual unit. I'm working on getting my university website back up, so i will post a link to the files within a couple of days.

We actually assigned new guys a homework part to model. If they are worth something and want to do something we give them something to model since it's a great way to learn software packages and how to design manufacturable components.
Also it shows us which new guys are interested in working and who is worth a damn.

While I agree that everyone should model things for themselves, I also think we should get a library of parts and put to rest all these really old threads that keep popping up.

The kicker of a library of parts from places unknown means that you take a risk with design quality, plus file formatting tends to be a nighmare with any solid modeler.

If nothing else, we could post PDF's, dwg's, or dxf's to make sure we get the right dimensions without having to search all oer creation to find all the parts needed for a formula car...

I really think that the library should be used for drawings only. Since most of the drawings are made from manufactures, and not by teams. And by using the drawings you are not really missing out on any acquired knowledge other than "how to search for drawings on the internet".
