Hello. I am having a problem with finding out the forces acting on the uprights.I know what forces will be acting on the bearings but i am not really sure if the same forces act on the upright as well. Can someone please help me out with this.

If you know the forces on the bearing, why would those not be the exact same as those applied to the upright?
