Honda CBR600 vehicle speed sensor

Hi All, does anybody have any specifications for the output shaft speed sensor on the CBR600 engine located on the gearbox casing. Need to detemine what signal this outputs, as I'm trying to connect this to the steering wheel display for speed and to caluculate gear.
