Does anybody know of a good place to get transmission work done on a bike engine? Has anybody had their transmission racecut? If so is it worth it? And where is a good place to have it done?

We leave ours stock - we're making less power than stock on a 4 cylinder.

It's been done, and isn't all that difficult.
The real question is why do you want to do it?

Just so you guys know, he is talking about undercutting the transmission dogs to help with shift time, not the gear teeth themselves.
I'm in the process of getting a full new gear cluster made by Nova Transmissions here in the UK for my hillclimb car, but that's an 1100 with a 6 speed cluster from a 750 so needs to be beefed up. They undercut the dogs (and use less of them per gear). This apparently helps with preventing jumping-out-of-gear.
As others have said, I would doubt you need any work done to your gears to cope seeing as you're having to breath through an inlet restrictor?
