Looks to be a monocoque. Our '04 car was of similar design and affectionately called "Tubby". In the picture on the right.

I was looking at the photo's of your new chassis on your website, The car looks very different to your last car, are those cross members staying put in the front of your chassis? How much does your new chassis weight?
Ian,
You are correct. We make a different car every year (it's different to our class 3 design as well). Our TBR08 is a revolution, for instance, it is about a foot lower!
The cross members will stay put and the chassis weight is gonna be sub 18kg ;-)
Who knows?! We might turn up with a car like those in the spy shot!!

18Kg is impressive.
Cool looking chassis guys, but how does it pass rules 3.3.6.2 Front Bulkhead Support?

Mozz22 can you quote the bit you think is not compliant because I have read that section and can't find it, maybe im having a blonde moment.
We have checked with the judges and there is no problem with our design ;-)
