2006 cbr 600 f4i car kit no spark

I just bought a 2006 cbr 600 f4i engine with 1500 miles, and I have been trying for two weeks to get spark. I have start switch, gauges, complete wiring harness, and tilt sensor. My intentions were for building an offroad cart. Do I need to bypass something?

Are you using the key or bypassing the ignition switch?

If you do not have the key and the 2006 electrical system is anything like the earlier ones, you need to install a zener diode on the pink wire going from the ignition switch to pin 19B on the ECU to drop the voltage from 12v to ~9v.
