ackerman with steering rack in front of the wheel center??

How I can do ackerman effect if my steering rack placed in front of the center line of
the wheel ??

I think high ackerman percentage is suitable for our formula student vehicle
and I need to make around 70 % ackerman but if I do that the angle of the tie rod in top view will be extremely angled to rear ward in ward that make
steering rack in too rear position that cause problems for coke bet please I need your help

Thought I'm not experienced, I think the solution is to put the tie-rod pickup points on the outboard side of the upright (towards the wheel).
