I have heard all kinds of rumors about changing how fuel econ is scored. When I read the rules draft it looks the same as last year with no real clarification. Is it changing? If so does anyone know what is going to be different?

Economy will become Efficiency and will also be based on the time needed to complete the Endurance. The 2013 rules draft already shows that.

Not many people know the difference between resolution and accuracy.
I'm still not finding it. I know the name changed but I can't find how it is scored.
Edit: found it! It was just way at the bottom after the endurance and fuel econ portion of the rules.
