If you are looking for a simple equation, you can google and get several links.
If you are looking for papers on theory, do a quick search on SAE.org. There are a ton of them, get one or two, skip the paper and take the Reference section to your library and get all those papers via inter-library loan.
Your third option is to get any acoustics book. Exhaust design uses the same equations as intakes but due to the simplicity of the system, they can be done in much fewer equations.
