    plastic tube can get pretty unhealthy too.
    when PVC gets hot it releases chlorine gas. that's some pretty nasty stuff too.
    but welding is a lot easier with hot glue, it's a lot like MIG.

    There are a couple problem areas you will need to address. The main roll hoop tube can't be welded and has minimum bend radii. The upper side impact bar has maximum and minimum height restrictions. You guys should take a good look at the rule book because it will save you a lot of headaches in the long run.

    Thanks for the help TG! I think we'll probably just bring several sets of different sized casters with us so that we don't get hung up on any height restrictions in tech.
