    Hi,

We are trying to find a high voltage disconnect for our eCar. We would like something like the FCI RCS800, but we need a current capacity of about 400A. Does anyone have any ideas?

    Thanks,

Check out TE connectivity, they might have something for you.

Take a look at Anderson Power Products.

Make sure to differentiate between continuous and peak current capacity when looking at your connectors. I doubt that you need a continuous current capacity of 400A. Even with only 100V TS voltage you would need to continuously deliver/source 40kW to/from your motors.
Looking at the efficiency data of the last three FSE events, this seems to be very unlikely.
