btw, this quote from amos: "50% functionality, 50% bling, 0% cost. Nothing like doing heaps of NC-ing to add to the cost!!" is referring to the rear bulkhead and the (hidden in the picture) rear damper mounts.

and no, im not posting just attract interest to our topic, this is just a public service announcement...

Looking good! What is the weight?

argh, everyone wants to know the weight! we dont have it yet, basically because we have a bunch of presentations we have to do with the car and havent arranged scales yet.

im interested to see what it weighs in at. i think ill have to get some betting going in my team. Dan here reckons 230kg, i think more like 220kg. but those ally endplates on the wings are being replaced with carbon ones soon, thats literally 3kgs (ally ones were just a quick fix)...

ill post up the weight soon as we get it.

anyway, wheelbase 1550mm, total length 2544mm. shes our little baby. we all have massive smiles on our faces.

its a gear drive. its one of the reasons why we have a wheelbase 600mm shorter than last year.

Great to see more winged cars getting built. The new car looks great.

    Good luck at Australasia!

Gug, the wheelbase is 50mm shorter (1550), but the chassis is 600mm shorter
