2. 1mm thick G.I. sheet

Do you want this to be stressed or just a floor pan? Whatever holds your feet from falling thru to the ground is sufficient for the latter.

we just use some .035" sheet steel.
WHOA!!! Who parked the bus on our floor pan....? As Mike mentioned, are you planning on stressing it or is it just a divider between the road and your backside? Either way, in my opinion, steel is a bit of an overkill...
use whichever is heaviest. you never know when your going to park over a snake hole

Hey even I wud like to know wat thickness sheet to be used for floor closeout.....I know its used only to block ur feet from falling to ground, so will 1mm al sheet be enuf???
