Did anybody else see the Ferrari at the Olympic opening ceremonies? Was that there 2006 car? If so, what a debut!

Rumor has it the driver was Luca Badoer, a test driver. And the popular critique asks why he didn't loop it in the shape of the Olympic rings. That would've been SWEET.

i'm pissed i turned off the opening games before the burnout. it woud have been awesome if they brought out 5 cars 5 different colors and they locked the left front wheel and all did loops like the olympic rings.
As you nay not have found out, the images are from CBC, the national television in Canada. Luca Badoer was on duty for the burnout and it was the 05 car with the V10 engine!
And the link between F1 and Olympics, Fiat is the owner of Ferrari and Fiat headquarters are in Turino!
Cheers
I thought the having the Ferrari F1 was pretty cool. As soon as he pulled away I started thinking to myself, "Come on, do some doughnuts!" Sure enough, he did, and I started applauding at the TV.

this YouTube is the most amazing thing i've ever seen. I am actually watching pre-season testing at Jerez...in Michigan. the cars dont seem to miss a beat with the 'loss of power'. I'm so excited for this year's season, its not even funny. Anybody planning on hitting up Indy this year? LTU will be there if teams want to meet up.
I know, I got hooked on YouTube after watching this...
