This year we are using a Honda cbr600rr engine(2008 model), so can anyone suggest a muffler for that? should we go for custom fabricated muffler or aftermarket parts available on internet?

I don't know, sounds like you might have to think about this one...
Maybe you have engineers on your team? They might be able to figure it out.

We use a Yamaha Ti muffler (think it's an R6). Light (1.5kg), quiet (106 dB when behind front right tyre), and no packing.
