Some parts of our self-designed gearbox. It's symmetrical for the independent drive of each wheel with one motor each.

The final gear and the tripod housing are joined with an interference form fit to transmit the torque.

For size reference, the entire gearbox fits on an A4 size paper.

We are frequently adding pictures to http://www.facebook.com/amzracing and http://twitter.com/amzracing as we are preparing for the events.

    Regards

Looks fantastic Thrainer. I also saw that your car is completely finished now, congrats! How much does your gearbox with gears weigh? And how much your car? Looking forward to see it at Silverstone and Hockenheim!

The aero is pretty darn cool. Does the flow reattach properly?

Awesome! How is it controlled? Manually via switch at the steering wheel? Or is it dependant on steering angle, pedal position, driving speed...?

@Terriblewone from Canada, please correct me if i'm wrong, but it appears that your 5th link on your rear upper a-arms has put a rod-end in bending.

Only question now is where they will put the DRS zone along the track.
