Free FEA/CFD Webinar for FSAE Students on October 25!

    Hey folks!

I will be hosting a webinar on October 25th at 11am EDT (5pm CEST) about using Simscale's FREE web-based FEA/CFD platform for Formula SAE teams.

    More info here: https://www.simscale.com/formula-sae-webinar/

Even if you can't make it because of class (or you're still asleep from an all-nighter in the shop), sign up for it anyways and you will receive a link to the recording afterwards.

I'll be introducing this relatively new web-based simulation platform to those who aren't aware of it, as well as walking through the structural analysis of an upright, and an aero analysis of a rear wing. The reality is, CAD/CAE skills are mandatory in today's workforce, and FSAE offers the perfect environment to learn these critical skills. Simscale is a great resource to learn on, even if you will be using other tools like Abaqus, Ansys, Nastran, Fluent, CD-Adapco, after you graduate.

Here's a quick blog article I wrote as a primer for the webinar: https://www.simscale.com/blog/2016/1...n-formula-sae/

Thanks, and hope to see you there!
