Race Tire Engineer Position
A well-known international race tire company is looking for tire design and test engineers who have experience and a strong education in vehicle dynamics, simulation, and data analysis, particularly in tire modeling and the use of tire models in simulation. This position will be located in Germany.
This race tire manufacturer will provide education and share experience in the field of tire design, manufacturing, and testing.
OptimumG has been asked to make a first selection of candidates and evaluate skills and experience. With its simulation, data analysis, and database management tools, OptimumG has ensured the vehicle dynamics interface work between race tires and race cars for several customers, one of them being this very successful race tire manufacturer.
We believe FSAE / FS provides excellent training in tire understanding, modeling, and simulation. We think this position could be a good fit for former or actual students who are about to graduate and who are or were involved in FSAE / Formula Student competitions.
