WTB Wheels, Pedals, Master Cylinders

Looking to purchase a set of 4 13" wheels. preferably 13"x7", If you have used tires as well please let me know. Looking for something with a decent offset or a multi piece that could be run inside out. if they are 4x4" pattern even better.

Also looking for a set of used pedals (must have clutch) with master cylinders.

I have two sets of 13X7 wheels for sale.
one is 4X100mm bolt patern the other is 4X9mm(but you could clock and machine 4X4in).
the first one has a 5.25 backspacing and im not sure about the second one.

I'll PM you the CAD of the 2 wheels. Where are you from?
