The Kodiak set are equiped with tires? What kind?
They do not come with tires at this time, my apologies

Offset? Width? Bolt pattern? Weight?

These wheels were over $200 each brand new a couple years back so I think it would be reasonable to ask for $400 for the set.
They are 7" wide and 1.5x5.5 shells, however the bolt pattern is 4x110mm
I am not sure of the mass of the wheels.
