    hello guys
i searched in the forum but i didnt find any thing
    any how,
how much is the average air pressure in the air box for 600cc engine ?
and if there are any good articles which you can offer me for designing,i'll be thankful
    thanks

That's a pretty vague question. Under what operation condition? Stock airbox? Does it have ram-air?

stock airbox, lets say 9000 rpm and no ,without ram air

Somewhere between zero and one atmosphere.

No throttle position/load has been specified either. Considering a 600RR is making less than 75% of peak power WOT at 9000rpm, "average" pressure between the throttle blades and the air filter better be within a few kPa of an atmosphere or someone isn't doing their job well.

For design, check out the latest stock 600 superbike airboxes, compare them to the factory race bike versions, and compare those to the air boxes on highly developed powertrains in certain race series. You'll find huge volume to be the norm. I would check out G.P. Blair's "Design and Simulation of the Four-Stroke Engine" for more design guidelines.
