I've started some of the initial planning for our engine program here, but otherwise I am still recovering. Right now the priority is get the old car in tip top shape and do some data gathering.
Constructed the team's structure, recruited all members, reading and acquiring knowledge, learning SolidWorks, determined financial priorities, and making some brainstorming sessions to develop some innovative ideas.
