You won't have shifts in 0.02sec but when you'll get it working correctly on the car it will be pretty much OK.

Well if your triangulation is before the bent you don't even have to prove anything.

With heat treatment depending on the material and the welds.
If you chassis is stiff enough and you cut a tube and weld an other one before you cut the second then it should be ok.
Also if you had accuracy in your fixture table then it should be ok too......
The 3 things that you have to take into consideration are primarily the chain, anything that has to be used on the bike and the vibrations from the chain.

Well i guess that you don't take ready made bends?? I think you can find them in the dimensions you want them.
Why don't you just change the design of the spaceframe....?
Helsinki has a good design and its really stiff.
I think with the flattened edges you can use smaller spherical... or larger diameter tube...

no.... definately a formula one engine... you dont supply the six cylinders(600cc)... and you have also suspension and drivetrain differential everything....even a rear wing and a brake light!!!
