Well, we had to pull the plug on our trip this year. On the plus side, we dyno's the car tonight. On a Dyno Dynamics chassis dyno it made a best pull of 111hp and backed it up with a couple 109hp...
Some old school tech would be to just run a series of coast down tests to check cd and add to that shock travel sensors to determine downforce.

We had similar 'rev limiting' probs with our cbr600 running on microsquirt. We ended up putting a 10kohm resistor in line with crank trigger wire to limit the noise and everything cleared right up....

We ground off one of the teeth for Microsquirt on our CBR600 engine which worked fine. Don't know which one off the top of my head but you can look on the megamanual for the recommended number of...
We use a .030 restictor on our gt12 and it seems to work well. I would almost recommend a little smaller though as the oil pressure in the cbr600 gets pretty high. BTW, I just took off the fitting,...
Don't forget to figure out the forces on the lug nuts/wheel studs. The wheel will be trying to rotate as it is stopping...

Any chance you can put your old engine back on the dyno to verify? If you are running the same type engine as before it should read the same.
