Any word on the Electric Cars?
Drew, that is brilliant. Looks like I found a new summer project...
Haha, 9 years is pretty impressive...
I might be able to find them if people are real interested...
Anyone done with their cars? I believe Missouri S&T just had their first drive... Others?
As for us, we've got both chassis halves done which will be bonded together this weekend. After that its...
This might sound harsher than I mean it to, but if you don't have tire data and you're not sure what your load cases are, why are you making carbon a-arms? It seems like the time (and money - ala...
Out of curiosity, are rounds 4-5 in the queue for sometime in the future?
Thank you for everything you have already contributed!
Funny you ask, I was just tinkering with one the other day. Which shield exactly? The main ones I know of are the Sparkfun and the SeeedStudio.
As long as it has the MCP2515 chip, you could try...
Well, 2012 is almost over and the world hasn't ended (Because Racecar).
We froze our design at the end of November and have acquired almost all of our stock, outsourced a few of the big parts, and...

All you have to do is file off the displacement on the casting and stamp on whatever you want! You could have the fastest 450 in the world!
That's great... However, I think you forgot to apply the tooling and jig http://fsae.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif
Haha, I remember struggling with that rule years ago when that was my project. Anyway, I came up with some really... special... math to get a very rough equivalent lumen->mcd brightness. I don't have...
Have some wheels with your wings? http://fsae.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif
And DF numbers?
Thanks!
There is a full undertray and diffuser that the rear wing is mounted to. There are extra supports for lateral movement. Front wing mounts just to the sides of the bulkhead.
Its all...
