FWIW I just ordered a spare one from a local Honda dealer today for $32. For an '00 F4 it was Honda PN 22810-MBW-000 (clutch lever) but if I remember right it is the same for F4 and F4i. 3-5 days...
We've been using the stock F4i crank trigger wheel and pickup as the REF signal for our Motec EMS without a problem.
