On a 1" OD, 0.095" thick pipe, I dont think it should matter....
But that is something that your load paths and maybe FEA can decide. We did not have any problems with ours the previous year.....

The red outlined tube from the lower corner of the front bulkhead to the upper A-Arm node needs to be a minimum of 1" OD and .049" wall thickness IIRC. None of the other tubes outlined need...
