Cost Report Tube Frame Area/Density

I am having trouble calculating the cost for the frame tubes. Our last year's cost report just doesn't make any sense and after looking at Cornell's sample report on FSAEOnline.com, I still don't understand how to get area and density. Can someone please help me out. Thanks.

You need to calculate tube wall thickness, diameter and length.
Please post on the FSQD if you want particular clarification.
