Design Report Deadline... When is it really

All right... I have been heading up the never ending project of getting the Design Report and Specs sheets organized and sent out.

They are good to go, but I am sitting here making all kinds of small changes. I think I could be doing this forever.

I think in the past we have always submitted our submissions ON the day listed in the deadlines sheet... but the rules say the report must be in by the date listed on the deadlines sheet...

Question... is the intent "BEFORE" the date or must be "ON" the date that is listed?

Please lend some clarity.

I have turn in two Design reports in, on "the day of" (ie on the date in the deadline sheet) and had no penalties. But reminder I am not Kaley Zundel so im just speaking from experience. And you are not alone in this debate, b/c every year our team argues what the deadline actually is. Even thou we all know the solution is to have it done a few days before... Good luck with the rest of the day, we have all been there!
